Guided fishing in Vesterålen Join me for a guided fishing trip to the best local spots around Hennes. Whether you are an experienced angler or a complete beginner, I provide the equipment and the local knowledge. The sea decides the catch — I make sure you are in the right place for it. PRICE NOK 4,990 for the whole boat, whether there are two of you or five. No minimum number of participants — every departure is private. WHAT YOU CATCH Cod, haddock, coalfish and pollock are common. Halibut and redfish turn up. You keep what you catch, and I help you clean it before we land. PRACTICAL Duration: approx. 3 hours. Meeting point: Møysalveien 3305, Hennes, at the floating dock. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. Free parking. Boat: 23 ft Buster Magnum. Certified skipper (D5L and Norwegian high-speed craft certificate). Approved life jackets for all passengers. Rods, reels, bait and tackle are included. What to bring: warm layers, a hat, and a windproof jacket. Not suitable for children under 8. WEATHER Safety comes first. Terms and Conditions
BOOKING AND PAYMENT All bookings are paid in full online at the time of booking. Prices are per boat, not per person, and include VAT. CANCELLATION BY YOU Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations later than 48 hours before departure are not refunded. You may reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. CANCELLATION BY US The skipper holds the sole right to decide whether a trip can be carried out safely. Trips may be cancelled or rescheduled at short notice due to weather, sea state, or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you choose between a full refund or a new date. No trip will be run because it has been paid for. ON BOARD Approved life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times on deck. Instructions from the skipper must be followed without exception. The skipper may refuse boarding to anyone who appears intoxicated, unfit to travel, or unwilling to follow safety instructions. No refund is given in such cases. CAPACITY Maximum 5 guests per fishing trip. Fishing requires space to work the rods safely, so we keep the number lower than on sightseeing tours. The number of guests must be stated at booking. FISHING AND CATCH Rods, reels, bait and tackle are included. You keep what you catch. Norwegian law limits how much fish a tourist may take out of the country — please check current rules before you travel. Fishing from the boat requires no licence in salt water. CHILDREN Not suitable for children under 8. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. CLOTHING Dress warmly. Wind chill at sea is significant even in summer. Bring warm layers, a hat and a windproof jacket. LATE ARRIVAL Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. Departures cannot be delayed for late guests, and no refund is given for a missed departure. LIABILITY The vessel is operated by a certified skipper (D5L and Norwegian high-speed craft certificate) and carries the insurance required by Norwegian law. Guests travel at their own risk with regard to personal belongings. Møysalen Opplevelser is not liable for indirect losses such as missed connections, flights or accommodation resulting from a cancelled or delayed trip.
