Terms and Conditions
Cancellations and Refunds: Tours may be cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. The captain holds the sole right to decide if a tour must be cancelled due to safety or weather conditions. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made by the customer less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, as well as failure to arrive on time (no-shows), are strictly non-refundable. Minimum Participants: All guided boat tours require a minimum of 2 participants to operate. If this minimum is not met by the time of departure, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In the event of such a cancellation, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Safety and Liability: All participants must strictly adhere to safety instructions provided by the guide. Life jackets or flotation suits are mandatory and will be provided. The boat is not suitable for children under 5 years of age, pregnant women, or individuals with severe back or neck problems. Participation is at your own risk. Participant Requirements: Please arrive 15 minutes before departure for equipment fitting and safety briefing. Dress warmly, as it is always colder at sea. SUP and Equipment Rental: Normal wear and tear is expected and completely fine. However, we kindly ask that you return the SUP boards and equipment in the same condition as received, and rinsed if necessary. The customer assumes financial responsibility for loss or severe damage caused by misuse. By completing this booking, you authorize us to charge your payment method for repair or replacement costs in such specific events. Right to Terminate/Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears intoxicated, fails to follow safety instructions, or poses a risk to themselves or others. No refunds will be given in such events. Right to Roam and Environmental Care: Participants are expected to respect nature and follow the "Leave No Trace" principle. All waste must be collected and disposed of properly upon return to the mainland.
